Advertising for dental practices

More booked patients. Not just more leads.

Dental Ads Co runs paid advertising for dental practices and nothing else. I build campaigns around the people who actually book and show up, so your budget goes to real patients instead of price shoppers.

Free 15 to 30 minute call. No lock-in contracts.

Why most dental advertising disappoints

The practice is paying for leads. The front desk says half of them are a waste of time. And nobody has told the ad platform which enquiries became patients, so it keeps finding more of the wrong ones.

01

Leads that never book

The ad platform is told a form fill is a win, so it finds more people who fill in forms. It has no idea which of them ever sat in your chair.

02

Budget on the wrong people

Broad targeting brings curious browsers and price shoppers. Tight targeting brings people who are ready to book.

03

Reports about clicks

Clicks and impressions don't pay for a practice. The numbers that matter are booked patients and what each one cost you.

Sound like your practice?

Book a free strategy call. In 15 to 30 minutes I'll tell you what I'd fix first.

Built around your highest-value treatments

Each treatment gets its own campaign, message and landing page, because someone with a toothache and someone considering implants need to see different ads.

Implants

Dental implants

Reach diagnosed patients who are ready for a consultation, not people idly checking prices.

Aligners

Invisalign and clear aligners

Compete on fit and trust in a crowded market, rather than on who is cheapest.

Emergency

Emergency dentistry

Show up first when someone nearby needs a dentist today, and make calling you easy.

Cosmetic

Cosmetic dentistry

Fill the book with veneer, whitening and smile makeover cases you actually want.

The process

Three steps, in this order. Tracking comes before spend.

Step 1

Strategy call

A free 15 to 30 minute call. I look at your market, your current advertising if you have any, and the treatments you want more of. You leave with a realistic budget and a plan.

Step 2

Fix tracking, then build

I set up conversion tracking that follows an ad click through to a booked patient, then build campaigns for each treatment.

Step 3

Manage and report

I manage the campaigns week to week and report on booked patients and cost per patient, in plain English.

Who you'll be working with

Who you'll be working with

I'm Ilana Wechsler. I spent a decade as a data analyst in finance before moving into paid advertising, and I've run my own agency since 2012. Since then I've managed well over $30 million in ad spend across hundreds of accounts. Dental Ads Co is where I put that experience to work for dental practices only. The strategy call is with me.

Nothing locked in. Nothing held hostage.

You should stay because the advertising works, not because leaving is hard.

01

You own the ad accounts

Your campaigns run in accounts that belong to your practice. If we ever stop working together, you remove my access and keep your campaigns, your data and your history.

02

No lock-in contracts

There is no lock-in contract. I would rather earn the next month than enforce it.

03

A free call first

The strategy call costs nothing and takes 15 to 30 minutes. If paid advertising isn't a good fit for your practice, I'll say so.

FAQ

Questions practice owners ask

Do you only work with dental practices?
Yes. Dental Ads Co runs advertising for dental practices and nothing else. That focus is the point: the patient journey, the messaging and the tracking problems are the same from practice to practice, and I already know them.
Which platforms do you advertise on?
It depends on the treatment and the patient. Search ads reach people who are actively looking for a dentist. Social ads reach people before they start looking, which suits elective treatments. I recommend the mix on the strategy call.
How much should my practice spend on advertising?
It depends on how many people search for a dentist in your area, how many practices are bidding against you and how much of that market you want. As a guide for search ads, dental clicks typically cost around $8 to $10 each. If your core terms get 2,000 searches a month and 5% of those people click, that is 100 clicks, or about $900 a month to show up meaningfully for those searches. Busier, more competitive areas need more. On the strategy call I work out the figure for your practice.
What does it cost to work with you?
Pricing depends on the practice, so I quote after the strategy call, once I know your market and what you want to grow. The call itself is free.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts. And because the ad accounts belong to your practice, you keep your campaigns, your data and your history if we stop working together.
How long before I see results?
Ads can start bringing in enquiries within days of launch. The ad platforms then need a few weeks of data to learn what a real patient looks like, so the quality of enquiries improves over the first couple of months.
I already run ads. Can you take over my accounts?
Yes. Most practices I speak to are already advertising. I review what is there, keep what works, and fix the tracking and structure before changing the budget.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Your campaigns run in ad accounts that belong to your practice, and you give me access to manage them. Some agencies run clients inside accounts the agency owns, so if you leave, you lose your campaigns, your data and your history. With Dental Ads Co, if we ever stop working together, you remove my access and keep everything.
What happens on the strategy call?
It is free and takes 15 to 30 minutes. We talk through your practice, your area and the treatments you want to grow. I tell you plainly whether paid advertising is a good fit and what it would take. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so.
